"They don't help you in a timely fashion. They don't call you back. They're not on your side. They're definitely not doing their best. I wouldn't do business with them ever again. This was my third State farm office. After somebody hit my parked car they did not do everything in their power to fix it. Instead, I had to do most of the work myself to keep them moving including getting a police report and calling to remind them that we are on some sort of deadline since my rental car was only 20 days. It took them a month and a half and they lost my car for about a week in there update it's been a year and we still haven't gotten our deductible back since the other driver was at fault and we can't leave state farm since currently it's labeled as us being at fault"
