Sally came to the Todd Markman Agency (along with her coworker, Carolyn Oshana) in 2013. Sally loves that she has known some of her customers for 40-50 years, and that she has been able to advise them on various insurance needs and look out for their protection all this time. When she’s not working, Sally enjoys walking, sewing, and spending time with her great-nieces and great-nephews.

Joy worked for Mike until he retired in 2014, and immediately started working for Todd at the Wilmette agency. Joy remembers when Todd sat in front of her in Mike’s office while he was in training. Joy’s favorite part of her job is building lasting relationships with customers and helping them with their insurance needs. When she’s not working, Joy loves spending time with her granddaughter and bike riding.
